Belo Betty (Jolly Roger Foil)

The Belo Betty card (OP05-015) was released as part of the One Piece Card Game's Premium Booster -The Best- set, which launched to celebrate the series' history and major narrative milestones. As a character card representing the commander of the Revolutionary Army's East Army, it embodies the strategic and inspirational essence of the character's role in the manga, specifically designed to function as a support engine for Revolution-themed decks. The card features high-quality foil treatment consistent with the premium nature of this specific booster release, reflecting the game's shift toward offering specialized cards that cater to both competitive players and collectors who value visual fidelity.

The design of this card utilizes art from the source material, capturing Belo Betty's charismatic presence and her ability to embolden allies. By focusing on her signature flag-waving aesthetic, the illustration highlights her role as a catalyst for revolution. Upon its release, the set was received positively by the card game community, largely because it provided accessible, high-rarity versions of key characters who define the shifting power dynamics within the One Piece world. Its inclusion in -The Best- set was a deliberate nod to players looking for cards that bridge the gap between functional gameplay utility and aesthetic appeal.
