Charlotte Pudding (Offline Regional 2023) [Participant]

The Charlotte Pudding promotional card (ST07-008) was issued as a participant reward for the One Piece Card Game Offline Regional tournaments held in 2023. These events were part of an expanding organized play circuit designed to foster community engagement and competitive interest following the successful global launch of the game by Bandai. The card utilizes the existing art from the Big Mom Pirates starter deck, featuring a specific 'Event' stamp to distinguish it as a limited-run commemorative piece for those who attended these official regional gatherings.

The design draws upon Eiichiro Oda’s characterization of Charlotte Pudding, specifically highlighting her dual nature as a member of the Charlotte Family. By repurposing the character art from the ST07 starter set and adding the gold tournament-specific foil stamp, the card functions as both a functional game piece and a memento of the game's early competitive history. Within the meta, the card is recognized for its ability to search for Big Mom Pirates-type cards, making the participation version a sought-after aesthetic upgrade for players looking to personalize their competitive decks.
