DON!! Card (Tin Pack Set Vol. 1 -Gol.D.Roger-)

The DON!! Card series was introduced as a core component of the One Piece Card Game, released by Bandai in 2022. These cards serve as the essential resource system for the game, used by players to fund the deployment of characters and the activation of special abilities. The Gold Roger variant featured in the Tin Pack Set Vol. 1 was designed to celebrate the franchise's lore, showcasing the iconic silhouette and legacy of the Pirate King to ground the game in the series' foundational history.

The visual design of these cards emphasizes a minimalist, high-contrast aesthetic that differentiates them from the character-heavy artwork found in the rest of the set. By utilizing the striking image of Gol D. Roger, the creators aimed to evoke a sense of authority and rarity, making these cards highly functional game pieces that also serve as desirable collectibles for enthusiasts of Eiichiro Oda's world. The set was met with strong interest from the trading card community, largely due to the combination of game necessity and the deep narrative connection to the source material.
