Franky (Tournament Pack Vol. 2) [Winner]

The Franky [Winner] card, numbered OP01-021, originated from the second volume of the One Piece Card Game Tournament Pack series. These promotional items were designed as exclusive rewards for participants and victors of official local tournaments, serving to incentivize competitive play during the game's initial launch phase. The set reflects the vibrant aesthetic of the One Piece trading card line, featuring high-quality card stock and the distinctive 'Winner' stamp that distinguishes these specific prize versions from the standard cards found in regular booster sets.

The character illustration depicts Franky, the shipwright of the Straw Hat Pirates, in a style consistent with the 'Romance Dawn' base set. The card's design prioritizes clarity for gameplay functionality while maintaining the adventurous tone of Eiichiro Oda's manga series. Upon its release, the card was received with significant interest by the competitive community, as the 'Winner' variants were printed in limited quantities, making them highly sought-after trophies that represent both a player's performance in the early competitive circuit and a tangible piece of the game's nascent collectible history.
