Gyats

The Gyats card, identified as OP04-080, was released as part of the Kingdoms of Intrigue set for the One Piece Card Game, which debuted globally in 2023. As a pre-release promotional item, this card was distributed during organized play events that allowed players to experience the mechanics of the fourth main set before its wide retail launch. The card features artwork depicting the character Gyats, the legendary announcer of the Corrida Colosseum, reflecting the set's thematic focus on the Dressrosa arc of the One Piece series.

The design of this card adheres to the established visual identity of the One Piece Card Game, which balances functional gameplay text with vibrant illustrations sourced from Eiichiro Oda’s original manga and anime style. Like many cards in the Kingdoms of Intrigue set, Gyats was designed to support specific strategic archetypes within the game, particularly those revolving around the Dressrosa trait. It was received by the player base as a key utility card that enhances deck consistency, making it a recognizable piece for both competitive players and series collectors.
