Helmeppo (Store Championship Participation Pack Vol. 2)

Helmeppo (OP03-091) was released as part of the Store Championship Participation Pack Vol. 2 for the One Piece Card Game. These promotional cards were distributed during competitive events held at local hobby stores to incentivize participation and celebrate the game’s growing community. The inclusion of Helmeppo reflects the game's focus on showcasing diverse characters from across the expansive One Piece narrative, highlighting his evolution from a minor antagonist to a member of the Marines.

The card features artwork consistent with the series' established aesthetic, prioritizing high-energy character representation that remains faithful to Eiichiro Oda’s source material. As a promotional item, its design is intended to appeal to both competitive players who utilize its specific game effects and collectors who value the limited-distribution nature of participation-based releases. The card was well received by the player base for its utility in strategic deck building and its role as a tangible marker of the game's early organized play season.
