Kaku (Tournament Pack 2025 Vol. 1)

The Kaku card from the 2025 Tournament Pack Vol. 1 is part of the ongoing promotional release cycle for the One Piece Card Game, which launched in 2022. This specific card serves as a tournament prize, designed to incentivize participation in local and regional competitive events. By integrating existing character art with special holofoil treatments or distinct card borders, these promotional packs provide players and collectors with unique versions of cards that are often essential for shifting meta-game strategies.

The design draws directly from the Egghead Arc of the One Piece series, depicting the CP0 agent Kaku in his modernized outfit. As part of the Bandai Namco release strategy, these cards are intended to maintain long-term engagement with the game's competitive circuit. The illustration maintains the stark, high-contrast aesthetic consistent with the series' art direction, aiming to appeal both to players who prioritize competitive functionality and collectors focused on the specific visual identity of the tournament-exclusive sets.
