Leo

The Leo card, numbered OP15-052, was released as part of the promotional materials for the Adventure on Kami's Island event series. These cards were distributed to participants during localized store-level events designed to foster community engagement and encourage players to experiment with the set's unique mechanics. The release was intended to provide a thematic reward for early adopters of the Kami's Island expansion, serving as a commemorative piece that highlights the collaborative spirit of the game's organized play program.

The character design reflects the vibrant, whimsical aesthetic characteristic of the Kami's Island art direction, emphasizing bold line work and high-saturation colors to distinguish it from the standard core set cards. Created by the studio's in-house illustration team, the design aims to balance functional legibility for gameplay with the narrative charm of the character. Upon its release, it was well-received by the player base for its distinctive visual style and its role as a tangible marker of participation in the inaugural event season.
