Meowban Brothers

The Meowban Brothers card, numbered OP15-028, was released as part of the Adventure on Kami's Island expansion event. These cards were specifically produced for competitive organized play sessions, serving as promotional rewards for participants who engaged in release weekend tournaments. The design reflects the lighthearted, thematic focus of the set, emphasizing the colorful and whimsical aesthetic characteristic of the Kami's Island narrative arc.

The illustration team for this series drew inspiration from classic adventure tropes, aiming to capture a sense of camaraderie between the titular characters. While the card is primarily valued for its utility within the game's evolving meta, it gained modest attention among collectors for its distinct art style that stands out from the standard deck releases. Reception among players was largely centered on its situational combat abilities, marking it as a signature piece for those documenting the competitive history of the Adventure on Kami's Island period.
