Morley

The Morley card (OP05-016) was released as part of the Awakening of the New Era set for the One Piece Card Game, which debuted in late 2023. This set focused heavily on the Revolutionary Army, marking a significant shift in the game's meta by providing cards centered around the organization's members. Morley, the commander of the West Army, is depicted here as a character card, reflecting his unique role within the series' expansive narrative and his distinctive giant-like stature and subterranean combat style.

The artwork for this card follows the game's signature style of blending high-fidelity character illustrations with dynamic framing, designed to capture the intensity of One Piece's lore. The card was crafted by the creative team at Bandai to function as a key utility piece within Revolution-themed decks, emphasizing the synergy mechanics introduced in the fifth expansion. Upon its release, it was well-received by players for its thematic accuracy and its specific ability to support the playstyle associated with the Revolutionary Army faction.
