Nico Olvia (Online Regional Participation Pack 2025 Vol.1)

The Nico Olvia character card (OP09-106) was released in 2025 as part of the Online Regional Participation Pack series for the One Piece Card Game. This set was designed to incentivize digital competition, serving as an exclusive reward for players who participated in regional-level online tournaments during the game's ninth expansion cycle. The card features Olvia, a scholar from the archaeological island of Ohara, whose narrative role is pivotal to the backstory of the series protagonist, Nico Robin.

The design follows the distinct visual language established by Bandai for the One Piece Trading Card Game, utilizing high-quality illustrations that emphasize the character's intellectual and tragic role in the Ohara arc. As a promotional card, its visual style is intended to appeal to both competitive players and dedicated collectors of the franchise lore. Reception within the community has been defined by the card's rarity, as it is tied to specific event participation windows rather than standard retail distribution.
