Nico Robin (Parallel)

This card was released in 2024 as part of the Emperors in the New World expansion for the One Piece Card Game. As a leader card, it serves as the foundation for deck construction, representing the intellectual and investigative nature of Nico Robin, the archaeologist of the Straw Hat Pirates. The release was timed to coincide with the game’s meta evolution, introducing high-level strategic play options for players looking to utilize her character-specific synergies within the set.

The design follows the high-aesthetic standards of the Parallel series, characterized by alternate, often minimalist or stylized, full-art illustrations that distinguish these cards from their standard counterparts. These cards are created to appeal to both competitive players and art collectors, emphasizing premium foil treatments and dynamic compositions that capture the essence of Robin’s character design as established by Eiichiro Oda. The reception has been largely positive, with collectors favoring the card for its scarcity and its prominent role in current competitive deck formats.
