Okiku (Winner Pack Vol. 4)

The Okiku character card, identified as OP01-035, was released as part of the Winner Pack Vol. 4 for the One Piece Card Game. These packs were distributed as promotional rewards to participants who performed well in local tournaments shortly after the game's initial launch in 2022. The release was intended to build engagement with the organized play scene, offering a specialized foil variant of a character card that players could use to reinforce their decks in the Green color archetype.

The card features the Wano Country samurai Okiku, rendered in the distinct art style used throughout the early sets of the Bandai Namco trading card game. The design emphasizes the character's traditional attire and dual-wielding swordsmanship, aligning with the visual aesthetic established by the One Piece manga. Within the competitive landscape of the game, this promotional card became notable for its utility in counter-heavy deck strategies, earning it a specific reputation among players focused on the game's early meta-development.
