Rebecca

The Rebecca character card, designated EB03-048, was released as part of the Extra Booster: One Piece Heroines Edition set for the One Piece Card Game. This set was specifically designed to highlight female characters from the long-running series, aiming to celebrate their roles and distinct narrative arcs through the card game's signature illustrative style. The set serves as a thematic expansion, offering players and collectors specialized versions of characters who might otherwise be overshadowed by the primary combatants in standard sets.

The design of this card reflects the aesthetic standards of the One Piece Card Game, featuring original or high-fidelity character art that adheres to the established manga and anime visual language. Like other cards in the Heroines Edition, it was intended to appeal to both functional players looking to flesh out niche character-themed decks and collectors interested in the thematic unity of the set. Its reception has been largely defined by its utility within the game's evolving meta and its appeal as a decorative piece for fans of the Dressrosa story arc.
