Shachi & Penguin (Tournament Pack 2025 Vol. 4)

The Shachi & Penguin character card from the 2025 Tournament Pack series is part of the extensive promotional ecosystem supporting the One Piece Card Game. Released as part of the fourth volume of the 2025 tournament cycle, these cards serve as high-tier competitive rewards meant to incentivize participation in local and regional store tournaments. The card features artwork consistent with the Heart Pirates aesthetic, highlighting two of Trafalgar Law's core crew members in a design intended to appeal to both functional players and dedicated fans of the Source material.

The card utilizes the base mechanics found in the ST10 starter deck series, which focused heavily on the Paramount War and Heart Pirates arcs. By reissuing character cards with unique promotional foils or stamps, the developers at Bandai aim to maintain the long-term collectibility of the game. These tournament packs are generally received as status symbols within the competitive community, as they are not available through standard retail booster packs, marking them as distinct pieces of the game's evolving meta-history.
