Spandam (Offline Regional 2023) [Winner]

The Spandam (OP03-086) card was released as a promotional item for the One Piece Card Game during the 2023 Offline Regional tournament circuit. Designed to reward high-performing players, the 'Winner' version features a distinct gold stamp on the card face that sets it apart from the standard-issue parallel versions found in the third expansion set, Pillars of Strength. This card depicts the antagonist Spandam, the chief of CP9, reflecting the thematic focus on the Enies Lobby arc that defined the early competitive landscape of the game.

The artwork follows the stylized aesthetic established by Bandai for the One Piece Trading Card Game, utilizing high-contrast illustrations meant to pop during fast-paced competitive play. As a prize for Regional-level events, this card was produced in limited quantities intended specifically for tournament victors, cementing its status as a piece of memorabilia documenting the game's rapid growth in its inaugural year. The reception among the player base has been largely driven by its scarcity and the prestige associated with high-level competitive achievement.
