Tony Tony.Chopper (Online Regional Champion Card Set 2025 Vol.2)

The P-089 Tony Tony Chopper card was released as part of the 2025 One Piece Card Game Online Regional Champion promotion. These promotional sets are distributed exclusively to top-performing players in digital tournaments, serving as high-rarity rewards that signify competitive achievement within the organized play ecosystem. The item is designed to commemorate the specific tournament cycle, utilizing distinct foiling and numbering to differentiate it from standard retail releases.

The card features artwork consistent with the aesthetic of the One Piece Card Game, which draws heavily from Eiichiro Oda's original manga character designs. By focusing on iconic characters like Chopper for high-stakes promotional rewards, the creators aim to incentivize player participation in the digital client while maintaining the collectibility of the game. It is regarded by the community as a prestige piece due to its limited distribution and the skill required to obtain it through competitive qualification.
