The Trafalgar Law card (OP02-035) was distributed as a participant reward during the One Piece Card Game Online Regional events held in 2023. These events were part of the organized play circuit designed to foster competitive engagement among international players during the game's early expansion period. As an exclusive promotional version of an existing card from the Paramount War set, it was intended to reward tournament participation and incentivize player attendance in the digital format.

The card features artwork consistent with the aesthetic of the Paramount War set, showcasing Trafalgar Law in his signature post-timeskip attire. The design leans into the thematic elements of the character's abilities from the One Piece series, utilizing the standard visual hierarchy established by Bandai for the trading card game. It was received by the community as a desirable collector's piece due to its limited availability as a tournament-stamped promotional item, representing a specific milestone in the game's initial growth phase.
