Vinsmoke Reiju (Alternate Art)

The Vinsmoke Reiju alternate art card (OP06-069) was released in 2023 as part of the Wings of the Captain expansion for the One Piece Card Game. The set focuses heavily on the characters from the Whole Cake Island arc, documenting the conflict between the Straw Hat Pirates and the Vinsmoke family. As a character card representing the eldest daughter of the Germa Kingdom, it serves as a central piece for purple-colored decks built around the Vinsmoke archetype, emphasizing the game's mechanics of board control and resource management.

The aesthetic of this alternate art variation follows the game's tradition of featuring high-quality, illustrative style shifts compared to the standard card versions. The artwork typically highlights the distinct character design of Reiju, often referred to as Poison Pink, reflecting her role within the Germa 66 military science unit. The design choices aim to capture her complex, enigmatic persona, which has made the card highly sought after by collectors interested in both the competitive viability of the Germa deck and the artistic representation of the Vinsmoke family's lore.
