Who's.Who

The Who's.Who card, designated OP04-051, was released as part of the Kingdoms of Intrigue expansion for the One Piece Card Game in 2023. This set focuses heavily on the Wano Country and Alabasta story arcs, bringing key antagonists and supporting cast members from these regions into the competitive trading card game format. The inclusion of Who's.Who, a member of the Tobiroppo of the Beasts Pirates, reflects the set's intent to flesh out the roster of high-ranking combatants from the Wano narrative.

The card features an illustration consistent with the art style established for the OP04 set, capturing the character in his characteristic CP9-era inspired attire combined with his Beasts Pirate aesthetic. Designed to facilitate tactical play within the purple deck archetypes, the card emphasizes the character's role as a cunning operative. Upon release, the set was well-received by players for diversifying deck strategies, with this specific character card serving as a notable inclusion for collectors interested in the complex hierarchical structure of Kaido's crew.
