Who's.Who (CS 2023 Celebration Pack)

The Who's.Who card, designated ST04-010, originated as part of the 2023 One Piece Card Game Celebration Pack, a promotional release distributed to participants of official tournament events. Designed to supplement the Animal Kingdom Pirates deck featured in the ST-04 Starter Deck, the card was issued during the game's initial growth phase to reward players and foster local competitive scenes. Its release reflects Bandai's strategy of utilizing promotional 'Celebration' sets to provide alternate art or functionally specific cards that bridge the gap between starter-level play and the evolving meta of the trading card game.

The card features the character Who's-Who, a member of the Tobi Roppo from the One Piece series, illustrated in his signature style. The design emphasizes his intimidating aesthetic as an ancient zoan user, rendered with the high-contrast, dynamic art direction characteristic of the One Piece Card Game's visual identity. As part of a promotional cycle, the card was received as a functional tool for Animal Kingdom Pirates players looking to refine their board presence, quickly becoming a staple for collectors interested in the specific history of the game's first year of competitive events.
