Airknight Parshath

Airknight Parshath was first introduced to the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game in early 2004 as part of the Tournament Pack 6 series. Originally designed for the Japanese OCG as a powerful boss monster, its inclusion in the Western Tournament Pack release provided competitive players with a recurring source of card advantage. The design depicts a celestial warrior themed around light and divinity, a motif that would later expand into a dedicated archetype centered on the 'The Agent' and 'Parshath' families.

The card is notable for its 'piercing' effect, which forces the opponent to take battle damage even when the monster attacks a target in defense position, paired with a card-drawing ability that rewards aggressive play. Because Tournament Packs were distributed primarily through official tournament organizers, the Rare version from TP6-EN007 became a distinct pursuit for collectors who favored the specific aesthetic of early organized play releases over the standard booster set printings.
