Banquet of Millions

Banquet of Millions was introduced in the Phantom Rage expansion, released in late 2020 as part of the long-running Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game. As a Normal Trap card, it was designed to disrupt opponents by banishing cards from their Extra Deck based on the number of cards the player chooses to banish from their own. This high-risk, high-reward mechanic reflects the set's focus on complex interactions and the strategic expansion of existing archetypes during a period of evolving competitive play.

The card's design and illustration were handled by the Konami internal design team, consistent with the visual standards of the era. It depicts a surreal, opulent scene fitting its title, capturing the thematic intensity often found in trap cards from this series. Upon its release, it was recognized by players as a specialized tool for competitive side-decking, valued primarily for its ability to dismantle strategies that rely heavily on Extra Deck resources.
