D - Fortune

D - Fortune is a trap card originally introduced during the GX era of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game, designed to reflect the mechanics and themes of the Destiny HERO archetype used by the character Aster Phoenix. Within the game's lore, these cards emphasize a cyclical or fate-based approach to dueling, and the specific design captures the aesthetic of the series' mid-2000s animation style, which leaned heavily into darker, stylized superhero motifs.

This particular version was released in the Legendary Collection 2: The Duel Academy Years Mega Pack, a compilation set intended to reissue popular cards from the early seasons of the anime. As a common rarity card, it was produced to ensure accessibility for players looking to complete their Destiny HERO deck lists, maintaining a consistent card layout that aligns with Konami's standard design templates for the era.
