Dark Master - Zorc

Dark Master - Zorc was introduced to the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game in the 2004 Dark Crisis booster set. Drawing heavily from the Battle City arc of the original manga and anime, the character represents Zorc Necrophades, a primordial entity of darkness and the primary antagonist of the series' concluding narrative. The design aims to capture the character's terrifying, multi-faced nature, reflecting the chaotic and supernatural themes inherent in the game's depiction of ancient Egyptian magic.

As a ritual monster, the card was designed to require specific summoning conditions, namely the Contract with the Dark Master ritual spell.
