De-Synchro

De-Synchro was originally introduced to the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game during the Synchro summoning era, reflecting the mechanical shift toward tuner monsters and their evolved counterparts. The card allows a player to return a Synchro monster to the Extra Deck to special summon its constituent monsters, providing a tactical reset that was particularly useful for reusing on-summon effects or preparing for subsequent plays.

This specific printing appeared in the 2014 Legendary Collection 5D's Mega Pack, a set designed to consolidate key cards from the 5D's animated series era into a single collection. As a super-rare iteration of the card, this version features a glossy foil treatment that differentiates it from earlier common printings, catering to players and collectors who sought to upgrade the aesthetics of their synchronized decks.
