Doodle Beast - Tyranno

Doodle Beast - Tyranno was released as part of the Battles of Legend: Crystal Revenge set in late 2022. This set was designed to bring cards previously exclusive to the Japanese OCG market into the TCG, specifically focusing on animation-inspired archetypes and long-awaited support cards. The Doodle Beast archetype is notable for being based on the concept of 'doodle' monster designs, reflecting a more whimsical and sketch-like aesthetic that contrasts with the traditional high-fantasy art style found in the broader Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise.

The card features an effect-monster design that emphasizes synergy within the Doodle Beast engine, allowing for special summoning conditions that align with the set's broader goal of enabling more dynamic playstyles for mid-tier decks. Like other Secret Rare cards in the set, it was printed with the distinctive diagonal foil pattern that has become a staple of Konami's premium rarities, making it a sought-after piece for players who prioritize both mechanical utility and high-end visual finishes.
