Double Hooking

Double Hooking is a trap card featured in the 25th Anniversary Tin: Dueling Mirrors, a set released to commemorate two and a half decades of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game. This compilation product is designed as a retrospective celebration, gathering popular cards from various recent releases to offer players a centralized way to acquire staples and thematic support cards. The card itself functions within the game's mechanics to facilitate the special summoning of monsters from the graveyard, reinforcing the high-speed, resource-focused nature of modern play styles.

The card was originally introduced during the series of sets spanning the Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS era, designed by Konami’s internal development team. It follows the established artistic conventions of the game, utilizing mechanical and digital aesthetics common to the Cyberse monster type and its associated support spells and traps. Upon its inclusion in the 25th Anniversary collection, it served to increase accessibility for players seeking to round out their decks with specific utility cards, receiving modest attention as a functional, common-rarity tool for competitive and casual deck-building alike.
