Eternal Favorite

Eternal Favorite was introduced as part of the 2025 Mega-Pack Tin, a release designed to compile and reprint prominent cards from the preceding year of competitive play. Serving as a crucial support piece for the Yubel archetype, the card allows players to perform Fusion Summons during the opponent's turn by utilizing monsters from the hand, field, or Graveyard, effectively bridging the gap between defensive setups and aggressive board states.

The card’s design aligns with the aesthetic of the Yu-Gi-Oh! GX era revival, emphasizing the dark, supernatural motif associated with the Yubel characters. The Ultra Rare foil treatment enhances the intricate, swirling linework of the card’s central illustration, which depicts a haunting union of forces. It was met with significant interest from competitive players looking to optimize their Yubel decks, as its ability to facilitate consistent access to high-level boss monsters provided a tangible advantage in various tournament formats.
