Evil★Twin Present

Evil★Twin Present was introduced in the 2020 booster set Genesis Impact, a collection primarily focused on introducing the Live☆Twin and Evil★Twin archetypes to the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game. These cards are thematic, centering on a duo of VTubers who maintain a secret life as high-stakes phantom thieves. The card is designed as a Normal Trap that facilitates the interplay between the two main monster forms, reflecting the duo's coordinated criminal activities and their playful, neon-drenched aesthetic.

The artwork follows the high-energy, pop-culture-inspired style characteristic of the set, featuring the characters Ki-sikil and Lil-la in their thief personas. The design emphasizes the 'tag-team' mechanic of the archetype, reinforcing the synergy required to play the deck effectively. Upon release, the set was well-received by players interested in unique control-based gameplay, and the artwork was praised for its distinct departure from the more traditional fantasy or mechanical aesthetics often found in the game.
