Exosister Stella

Exosister Stella first debuted in the 2022 core booster set Dimension Force, as part of the Exosister archetype. The theme draws inspiration from a fusion of gothic-style nun aesthetics and supernatural monster-hunting, centered on the narrative of sisters who banish forces from the graveyard. This particular iteration, marked MP23-EN253, was released as a Secret Rare in the 2023 25th Anniversary Tin: Dueling Heroes Mega Pack, which served as a compilation of reprints from various sets released throughout the prior year.

The artwork for the Exosister series was designed to emphasize a cohesive aesthetic of clean, white-and-gold religious-inspired uniforms contrasted against dark, spectral enemies. Stella, identifiable by her signature weaponry and prayer-like stance, was illustrated to evoke a sense of disciplined combat. Upon release, the Exosister engine became a notable presence in competitive play due to its ability to react specifically to opponents interacting with their own graveyard, cementing its reputation as a versatile control-oriented strategy.
