Falling Down

Falling Down was originally released as a Super Rare card in Astral Pack Three, part of a series of promotional booster packs distributed primarily to participants of official Yu-Gi-Oh! tournaments between 2011 and 2012. These packs were designed to provide players with sought-after reprints and higher-rarity versions of cards that were previously difficult to acquire or essential for the competitive meta-game at the time.

The card belongs to the Archfiend archetype, a theme characterized by high-risk, high-reward playstyles and demonic aesthetics. The artwork features a haunting illustration typical of the era, focusing on the dark, gothic imagery prevalent in the game’s early-to-mid lifecycle. It functions as a Continuous Spell card that allows the player to equip a monster they control to an opponent's monster, stealing control of that monster for the duration of the spell.
