Gravekeeper's Priestess

Gravekeeper's Priestess was released in the 2010 Absolute Powerforce booster set as part of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game. Designed to expand the utility of the Gravekeeper archetype, which revolves around the field spell Necrovalley, the card was intended to provide players with a way to protect their field spells while simultaneously granting an offensive buff to their monsters. The design reflects the desert-themed, tomb-guardian aesthetic central to the series' early expansion into competitive play.

The card was illustrated with the series' signature anime-influenced style, emphasizing a mystical, ancient Egyptian motif common among the Gravekeeper line. Upon its release, it was received as a situational but effective support card for players focusing on dedicated Gravekeeper decks. It serves as a tactical component that highlights the synergy required for the archetype to function effectively within the evolving mechanics of the game's mid-era format.
