Harpie Channeler

Harpie Channeler made its debut in the 2013 booster set Lord of the Tachyon Galaxy, serving as a pivotal addition to the long-running Harpie archetype originally introduced in the earliest years of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game. Designed to modernize the strategy, this card was created to provide the Harpie deck with essential consistency and high-level synergy, specifically by allowing players to summon additional Harpie monsters directly from their deck to enable Xyz summoning.

The artwork for Harpie Channeler is rooted in the iconic aesthetic established by Kazuki Takahashi for the Harpie Lady series, characterized by a fusion of avian-inspired fantasy and warrior motifs. As an Ultimate Rare print, the card features the distinct etched foiling process characteristic of the era, which highlights the intricate line work of the character design. Upon its release, it was well-received by competitive players for effectively revitalizing an older archetype and remains a centerpiece for collectors interested in the evolution of the game's classic monster themes.
