Kishido Spirit

Kishido Spirit was originally released in the 2004 Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game set Dark Revelation Volume 1, which served as a compilation set designed to make cards from earlier expansions more accessible to players. As a common rarity spell card, it reflects the functional, utility-focused design language of the era, intended to support specific monster archetypes by providing them with immunity from certain defensive traps.

The card features an illustration consistent with the aesthetic of the early Konami TCG era, emphasizing traditional Japanese-inspired motifs often found in the game's warrior and spirit-type archetypes. While the card did not achieve significant competitive prominence upon its release, it remains a notable piece for collectors interested in the archival history of Dark Revelation, a set widely remembered for its role in standardizing the card pool for the mid-2000s tournament scene.
