Madolche Queen Tiaramisu was first released in the 2012 Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game booster set Abyss Rising. As the flagship boss monster of the Madolche archetype, it was designed to define the strategy of the deck, which centers on recycling monsters from the graveyard back into the deck to trigger powerful card effects.
