Provenance

Where it came from

New Frontier was released as part of the Cyberstorm Access booster set in 2023. As a common spell card within the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game, it was introduced to support specific mechanical strategies involving the Cyberse monster type, reflecting the game's ongoing evolution towards high-speed, combo-oriented gameplay.

The card was designed within the overarching aesthetic of the Cyberstorm Access set, which focused heavily on futuristic, digital-themed archetypes. While the specific illustrator is not publicly credited by Konami, the art style serves the game's visual continuity, emphasizing the neon, high-tech imagery that defines the contemporary era of the card game.
