Number 21: Frozen Lady Justice

Number 21: Frozen Lady Justice was introduced to the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game in the 2015 set Premium Gold: Return of the Bling. This set was designed to showcase popular cards with the unique Gold Secret Rare aesthetic, a distinct style that utilized gold-colored borders and card text, coupled with a dense, sparkling holographic foil pattern. As an Xyz monster, the card draws its design inspiration from the 'Number' series, a central plot device in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal anime where powerful cards are sought by duelists to claim victory in high-stakes competition.

The artwork for this card features a rigid, armored figure inspired by the traditional personification of justice, reimagined with an icy, mechanical motif fitting the set's aesthetic themes. Within the game's competitive environment, the card was received as a niche control tool, designed to pressure opponents by disabling their defensive monsters. Its inclusion in a set that prioritized high-end visual appeal meant it was sought after by collectors who appreciated the specific shimmer of the Gold Secret Rare treatment, cementing its place as a distinctive piece of the later Zexal-era card library.
