Power Vice Dragon

Power Vice Dragon was introduced in the Blazing Dominion expansion set as a secret-rare effect monster. The card was designed to integrate with the high-risk, high-reward mechanics characteristic of its era, reflecting a period in the game's history where aggressive monster effects were favored to push the tempo of duels.

The visual design emphasizes a mechanical, draconic aesthetic that aligns with the set's thematic focus on overwhelming combat dominance. Upon its release, it became a notable piece for collectors due to its status as a secret-rare, which ensured a limited distribution and a distinct holographic finish that set it apart from standard cards in the set.
