Rank-Up-Magic Revolution Force

Rank-Up-Magic Revolution Force was released in the 2015 set Crossed Souls, a pivotal expansion for the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game that focused heavily on themes from the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V animated series. As a Quick-Play Spell card, it was designed to facilitate the rapid evolution of Xyz Monsters, specifically targeting the Raidraptor archetype utilized by the character Shay Obsidian. Its mechanical intent was to allow players to transition into more powerful forms during either turn, reflecting the aggressive and high-speed nature of the series' dueling style at that time.
