Rose Girl

Rose Girl was released in the Eternity Code booster set, which hit the North American market in 2020 as a major expansion for the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game. Designed as part of a lineage of plant-themed monsters, the card was integrated into the game to provide utility for decks focusing on Plant-type synergies and Synchro summoning. Its aesthetic follows the established tradition of Japanese fantasy illustration, depicting a character infused with botanical motifs to match its gameplay mechanics.

The card was received by the player community as a niche but functional tool for specific deck archetypes, particularly those that capitalize on recycling resources from the graveyard. As a Super Rare card, it occupied a middle tier of collectibility within the set. Its design focuses on supporting the 'Rose' sub-archetype, reflecting the thematic focus of the card's artist on fluid, organic character movements that mirror the card's ability to special summon itself from the grave.
