Supply Squad

Supply Squad was first introduced to the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game in the 2014 set Duelist Alliance. It was designed as a continuous spell card meant to provide card advantage to players who found themselves falling behind in a duel, allowing them to draw a card once per turn whenever a monster they controlled was destroyed by battle or card effect. This mechanic served as a tactical stabilizer, rewarding players for maintaining board presence even while facing pressure.

The card features artwork depicting a logistical support team providing equipment to soldiers on the field, fitting the aesthetic themes often found in the game's battle-centric card pools. As a staple for many casual and control-oriented decks during its peak, it was reprinted in the Valiant Smashers set as part of a recurring effort to keep utility-focused cards accessible to modern players. The design is praised for its straightforward utility and its role in helping players recover momentum without relying on overly complex interactions.
