Synchro Transmission

Synchro Transmission was released as part of the Valiant Smashers booster set in late 2023. This set was designed to introduce and support three distinct archetypes, including the Centur-Ion theme, which focuses on the rapid deployment of high-level Synchro monsters. As a trap card specifically engineered for this archetype, it serves as a utility tool intended to facilitate mid-battlefield adjustments by allowing players to swap the levels of their monsters during the opponent's turn.

The visual design and mechanical function of the card draw upon the broader aesthetic of the Valiant Smashers set, which emphasizes mechanical, futuristic combatants. Like other cards within the archetype, it features artwork that reinforces the theme of collaborative machinery. While not a centerpiece card, it is recognized by players as a specialized piece of support that rewards strategic timing and knowledge of the Synchro summoning mechanic introduced in previous generations of the game.
