The Agent of Force - Mars

The Agent of Force - Mars was introduced in the Lost Sanctuary Structure Deck, released by Konami in 2011 to capitalize on the popularity of the Fairy-type archetype. As part of the 'Agent' series, which draws heavy aesthetic and thematic inspiration from the celestial bodies of our solar system, this card serves as a representative of the red planet. It was designed to synergize with The Sanctuary in the Sky, a field spell that is central to the strategy of the set, rewarding players for maintaining life point superiority.

The card's design follows the established visual language of the series, blending mythological motifs with the futuristic, armored aesthetic characteristic of Yu-Gi-Oh! monster cards during this era. While common in rarity, the card was received as a functional, if niche, addition to Fairy-themed decks, appreciated primarily for its ability to reach high attack values under specific field conditions. Its inclusion in the structure deck made it widely accessible to casual players and those looking to build around the light-attribute support cards prevalent at the time.
