Tindangle Jhrelth

Tindangle Jhrelth was released as part of the Dawn of Majesty core set in 2021. The card belongs to the Tindangle archetype, a group of DARK Fiend-type monsters characterized by their reliance on the Flip mechanic and their thematic inspiration from the works of H.P. Lovecraft. The archetype first debuted in the OCG's Extreme Force set, and these later support cards were designed to bolster the theme's viability by facilitating deck thinning and graveyard setup.

The artistic design of the Tindangle series is notable for its intricate, unsettling aesthetic, blending mechanical components with eldritch horror motifs. Jhrelth, specifically, features a dense composition of shifting limbs and obscured geometry intended to evoke the chaotic nature of the archetype. While the Tindangle deck has generally remained a niche or casual strategy within the wider Yu-Gi-Oh! competitive scene, the cards are frequently sought out by collectors who appreciate the unique visual identity and thematic cohesion of Lovecraftian-inspired trading card art.
