Unibird

Unibird was released in 2010 as part of the Duelist Revolution booster set, a core expansion for the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game. Created by Konami, the card was introduced during the 5D's era of the game, a period marked by the integration of Synchro Monsters and the expansion of winged-beast and tuner-focused strategies. The set itself was designed to bolster various archetypes, providing support for players looking to explore new mechanics while maintaining the aesthetic traditions of the long-running franchise.

The card features an effect that allows for the special summoning of a tuner monster from the graveyard by banishing itself, a tactical design meant to facilitate Synchro Summoning. As a super-rare card within the set, its design reflects the standard illustrative style of the era, focusing on vibrant, high-fantasy creature art that defines the Yu-Gi-Oh! visual identity. While it did not fundamentally shift the competitive landscape of the game, it remains a notable example of the support cards released during the Duelist Revolution cycle.
