Vorse Raider

Vorse Raider first appeared in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game as a high-level attacker for non-tribute monsters, originally debuting in the Metal Raiders booster set. Its design depicts a masked, armored warrior wielding dual blades, reflecting the aggressive, darker aesthetic often associated with the character Seto Kaiba in the series. The card became a staple of early competitive play due to its formidable 1900 attack points, which allowed it to overcome most common monsters of its era.

The version from Starter Deck: Kaiba Reloaded, released as YSKR-EN010, serves as a modern reprint intended for new players looking to replicate Kaiba’s iconic playstyle. While the original release featured rare holographic finishes, this common-rarity version was produced with a simplified design to improve accessibility. The card remains a nostalgic touchstone for the game's evolution, maintaining its status as a reliable beatstick in retro-focused formats and starter-level play.
