ARP (nominally an abbreviation for Artists Republic Production) is a dance vocal group which holds live performances — featuring singing, dancing, and interactive talking with the audience — in real-time using the latest augmented-reality technology. The ikemen (handsome) group members include their de facto leader Shinji, the talented dancer León, and the members of the Rebel Cross duo (designer Daiya and composer/writer Rage).

Where it came from
The ARP Backstage Pass is a promotional collectible tied to the 2020 animated television series produced by Dynamo Pictures. The series follows the fictional boy band Artists Republic Production (ARP), a project that utilizes motion capture technology to present its members as virtual idols, blurring the lines between traditional animation and live performance. This pass was designed as a thematic piece of merchandise to mirror the experience of attending a real-life concert tour, serving as a physical memento for fans of the multimedia franchise.
The design of the pass leans into contemporary idol culture aesthetics, prioritizing a clean, professional look that mimics genuine industry laminates. While the series itself was produced as a showcase for Dynamo Pictures' technical capabilities in real-time animation, the merchandise associated with it was intended to foster a sense of connection between the audience and the virtual performers. It was received primarily by dedicated followers of the ARP project as part of official event activations or limited promotional campaigns.
