Based on the erotic game by Pita Fetish!.
To overcome his attraction for his younger sister Hana, Yuuichi Mitsui made sure to enroll at a university far away from his home. Unfortunately, being separated from her only strengthened his feelings. He continues to feel guilty for harboring illicit thoughts when suddenly, Hana shows up at his doorstep on a summer morning, looking more beautiful than ever.
However, despite her physical maturity, her intellect is that of a child. Consequently, Yuuichi tries to hold back from laying a hand on his innocent sister. But it is easier said than done, especially when Hana's ignorance—combined with her innocence—makes her a woman that Yuuichi can't help but desire.

Where it came from
Baka na Imouto wo Rikou ni Suru no wa Ore no ×× dake na Ken ni Tsuite, or 'About How Only My ×× Can Make My Foolish Little Sister Smart,' was released as an original video animation (OVA) in 2016. It originated from the adult visual novel genre, a sector of the Japanese animation industry that frequently adapts popular erotic light novels and games into short-form animated features. The production was managed by the studio Collaboration Works, a boutique animation house specializing in adult-oriented content, reflecting the era's trend of mining niche adult media for brief, direct-to-video releases.
The character design and visual direction for this project were intended to faithfully replicate the established aesthetics of its source material, focusing on the character archetypes common to the 'imouto' or little sister subgenre. In the context of 2016 adult animation, such titles were produced with lean budgets, prioritizing the dynamic expression of specific character tropes rather than narrative complexity. Upon its release, the OVA was received within the enthusiast community as a niche offering that strictly adhered to the conventions of its medium, finding its audience primarily among fans of the original visual novel and similar adult-themed character studies.
