The 9th installment of the Battle Spirits franchise
The year is 2661 CE, ten years after Bashin Dan heroically became the trigger to stop the Earth's reset. On the anniversary of this sacrifice, Barone and Clackey hold a conference, celebrating the union of Mazoku and humanity, and also Dan's feats.
However, beneath that peace, an organization named Cardinal Sign advocates for the subjugation of Mazoku and human supremacy. They resort to terrorist attacks, violence, and have somehow obtained the 12 Zodiac X-Rares which ought to have vanished together with Dan.
Amidst all this chaos, the core bearers feel a weird sensation, one they recognize before. What could be the meaning of it, and what is the meaning behind the card that appeared within their decks, named "The Clash King's Miracle"?

Where it came from
Battle Spirits: Saga Brave was produced by Bandai Namco Pictures and released in 2019 as a three-part original net animation series. It serves as a direct sequel to the original Battle Spirits anime series, designed to celebrate the franchise's tenth anniversary by revisiting the narrative arcs and characters that defined the early years of the long-running trading card game adaptation.
The animation was crafted to bridge the gap for long-term fans, bringing back key creative staff and voice actors to provide closure to the stories of Dan Bashin and his peers. The design aesthetic intentionally maintains the visual signature of the early 2010s era of the series while utilizing updated production techniques to showcase the evolved mechanical complexity of the card game's core gameplay as depicted in the story.
